OUR PRODUCTS & CONSISTENCY
All our items are handmade from broken and damaged skateboards. The colours are from the original board and have not been painted on by ourselves. They are carefully crafted to a high standard but on occasion may contain some scarring from the skateboard that cannot be avoided. Where the scarring is obvious and not to the quality we (as perfectionists) are happy with, we will not sell these items, or only offer them at a discounted rate with this stated in the description. Some designs are complimented by the scarring or original damaged image from the board, and in this case we make this clear and the detail is shown in our images. As all our items are handmade there may be some slight inconsistencies between each item of the same design, but these are very slight. We have extensive quality controls in place to ensure the finest and most incredible designs are made to a high standard across the range. At SESH we genuinely love every item created and helping the skateboards memory keep living on, so do not compromise on any piece we craft. Where possible, the findings used to turn the skateboard designs into jewellery have been sourced from British and local suppliers, so follow all regulations, including but not limited to being lead and nickel free. Please be aware of our copyright policy and that SESH has legally copyrighted many of our designs. Any infringement will face legal action.
We absolutely know how important fast shipping is to all our customers. That's why we will ship your order within 1 working day. There may be exceptions with made to order items, as we create them as to your specifications. However, these items will be clearly identified and we will guarantee to dispatch the item no more than 48 hours after the order is initially placed. Between Monday - Friday (Bank Holidays not included), provided you place your order before 2pm we will ship the same day. If you miss the 2pm cut off, please contact us and there may be a possibility and we can still get it shipped to you that day. All our items are delivered using First Class Royal Mail, but if you wish for a faster service, please contact us and we would be more than happy to provide that for you. We charge for postage only at the genuine cost to deliver your items, and not a penny more. We also do not try to hide pricing inside the cost of the items. Many offer ‘Free postage’ but unfortunately they add the postage cost into the item price, so it looks more ‘appealing’. We at SESH do not want to be dishonest ever and want you to know exactly what you pay for. This is why we do not offer ‘free postage’ options unless it is a genuine offer.
We hope you will love and appreciate the careful craftsmanship gone into creating every SESH piece, and that it is made from broken, disused skateboards. However, if you are not very happy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return or exchange it. To have a refund or exchange, you must notify us of this within 14 days after the day it was delivered. Any cancellations made outside of this 14 day period will only be subject to an exchange or credit note. We can offer exchanges on products up to 30 days after purchase. All items must be returned in perfect condition with the original packaging and labels still attached. You will need to cover the costs to return the item in the post, but we will not charge to deliver an exchange. Please note – Earwear including tunnels and plugs are except from this policy due to hygeine reasons.
Returning faulty/ damaged/ incorrect items
If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund please ensure you notify us as soon as possible. If the items arrived faulty or damaged, we will be happy to replace or exchange them, provided that the fault has not been caused by misuse or neglect. We should be able to offer a replacement for an item as similar as possible in the case of one-off designs. These will be delivered free or charge and we will also refund any postage costs to you for returning the item. We would be happy to refund the total amount if you do not wish for a replacement. When returning faulty/damaged/incorrect items they should be sent by First Class Royal Mail, as we cannot refund postage for any other more costly postage method. Evidence of fault may be requested before the product is returned.
To return an item, please email us at email@example.com. Please state your name, contact number, the date you purchased the item, along with the product code (written on the tag). Please also explain why you wish to return the item and whether you are wanting an exchange, refund or credit note. You may re-use the original packaging and clearly placing our return address on it. Please make sure that the package is securely wrapped and the seams are taped well.We recommend that you obtain a free certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package. This is very important as we cannot be held responsible for items lost on their return to us.
